The
purpose of this Ministry Council is to review financial
matters of the parish and submit financial recommendations
to the Pastoral Council or to the Pastor to ensure that the
contributions from parishioners are used in a manner
consistent with that purpose. Individual tasks include
budget preparation, review of major expenses, managing the
Annual Pledge Drive, coordinating various fundraising
projects and communicating general financial status to the
Parish. |

SCRIP |
|
What exactly is SCRIP you ask? It is
substitute money. Holy Spirit will order gift cards and then
sell them to you for face value. You can purchase negotiable
gift certificates that are used just like cash for a variety
of stores. The church receives a percent of the sale varying
from 2% to 15% depending on the company. For a complete
